Property & Casualty Insurance Producer
At Eckburg, we pride ourselves on providing comprehensive coverage for each of our customers. Our producers foster relationships and build plans around each of our clients to ensure that everyone that walks through our door is fully protected. Each of our producers is licensed to sell home, auto, and business insurance.

Commercial Lines Servicing Agent/Personal Lines Servicing Agent
Our service agents may have the most important job in the office — working with our clients every day to keep policies up to date, make payments, and change coverages as needed. Just as our producers build trust with each of their clients, so too do our servicing agents make each and every customer feel comfortable that their account is being managed properly. We have two types of servicing agents: those who service commercial, or business, accounts, and those who handle personal accounts. Both play a key role in the everyday operation of the agency.

Accounting & Payroll
As our business continues to grow, the accounting role is an ever important one. This position comes with extra responsibility involving working with the ins and outs of the insurance business and managing our client database.

Marketing Coordinator
Insurance is one of the oldest industries in the nation, but even so a digital presence is becoming increasingly important to stay relevant. The marketing coordinator handles our social media accounts, marketing campaigns, and our website. This person also has the chance to learn the insurance business.

Receptionist
Our receptionist is the face of the agency. Aside from taking calls and greeting our clients with a smile, the receptionist handles mail and other documentation within the office. Just like everyone else in our office, our receptionist is licensed in both property and casualty insurance.
